Good quality, perfect measurements
Outdoor kitchen cover
This is a large, complex, L shaped cover. The materials are great. The actual construction is also excellent. The fit, is not horrible, but I would rate it as only fair. Bottom line, the cover does what it is supposed to do, it just does not fit great.

This cover was made exactly to the specs that I ordered. Installing it was very easy and it gives me a great peace of mind that my outside bar will be protected. First time using this site but I will be back again on the next thing I need.

Quality material but wrong size and poor communication
Good quality but wrong size. I clearly set out the sizes and asked them to contact me if anything was unclear. Delivery was late and communication was non existent. Very disappointing. 2 stars reflects the quality of the material used otherwise it would have been a one star from me.

The turnaround time was within the timescale provided, the quality of the product is the best I have ever found - worth paying the extra for the 5 year covers, they really are an excellent fit, I would definitely recommend these custom made covers/service to everyone.

These covers are fantastic. They fit great and really have a well crafted feel. The grommets and straps are a nice quality as well. They truly care about a great fit and the designers reached out to me requesting further information to make sure I had a great fit. So they truly do review each cover for proper fit. One suggestion, if your covering outdoor furniture, make sure you make all your measurements with the cushions installed if you plan to cover the furniture and cushions both. Cover can get tight in some areas if you don't include.
