Perfect Fit
Pleased with product, perfect fit for my outdoor fire pit. Arrived early and works well. Included storage pouch for spring/summer was a nice surprise. Overall, would recommend.
Quality fabric and construction
I purchased the "Tuff" fabric and was pleased with the thickness and heaviness for very cold weather and wind where I live. Handles on sides are helpful. Construction of the cover is excellent.

The cover is great but I didn't take in consideration that my burn pit has a foot rest around so my cover doesn't fit down over it but other then that the cover is good
Octagon Fire Pit Cover
In all honesty I was not sure what to expect. The original fire pit design was level with the surrounding area. When I redid the hardscape I added a wall to stop everything blowing in to it. I sent in the measurements, picked colour and material and crossed my fingers. I am impressed. It fits perfectly, it is well made, and the material seems substantial and should last. Yes, I would most definitely recommend this product and company.

The cover fits perfectly. After we ordered we had a chance to review, which was not gonna fit, they worked with us to get a perfect fit in the end. Not cheap, but a much higher quality than others, well worth the in the investment, would highly recommend.

Very fast turn time from ordering a custom size cover to final delivery. The material is heavy duty and it feels like it will last a long time.

The cover is high quality, and fits the top part of the fire pit perfectly but it doesn't protect the foot rail, which is made out of the same metal. The foot rest will be exposed to all of the elements so will likely rust after a period of time. I didn't think to add extra inches to my measurements to provide protection for the bottom of the fire pit. Not your fault; just maybe something to consider in future designs..

Outstanding custom cover company that I am recommending to anyone with that need.
I ordered three custom covers… grill, hot tub and fire pit. All with very detailed specs that were followed precisely. Covers are durable, UV protected, available in a variety of colors and come with several tie down options. They sent me a PDF file with a computer drawing and dimensions in advance of doing the work to ensure accuracy and the design team is professional and responsive. So happy I found this company!
