The service you provide during ordering is great providing CAD plans with dimensions to check and also when you have needed dimension the way you have presented the measurements needed on the CAD plans make the process of providing you the information easy.

The design team identified and error I made in providing measurements and reached out twice to verify correct measurements. We purchased the upgraded covers as extremely pleased with the product.
They're easy to put on but pool with rain in the seat area. We need to prop up the seat area for water to drain.
Good fit, slightly oversized but still good quality material and well made. Easy to remove and refit. Does what I need in protecting the furniture from the elements. I would possibly recommend strap retainers like used in car covers instead of drawstring as the drawstring doesn't really work that well but unlikely they would blow off. Happy with recommending this company.
